There are a lot of business building tools available today, and I often get asked which ones I use. Here are a few of the ones I use every day.
This is only a partial list. You can get the complete list by signing up for updates at the bottom of this page.

1. Web Hosting
A2 Hosting
A reliable web host is a must for online business. My favorite right now is A2 Hosting. The servers are fast, and the customer support is top-notch.
2. Autoresponder
Aweber
Another must-have for doing business online is a reliable autoresponder service. Aweber has been around since the early days of internet marketing, and their service only gets better.
3. CRM Tool
Drip
Drip is an email automation tool that also functions as a CRM (customer relationship management) tool. It's like an autoresponder on steriods with the ability to create workflows and guide your customers seamlessly through your funnel.
4. Shopping Cart/Funnel Builder
Zaxaa
After doing a ton of research I’ve decided to go with Zaxaa for my shopping cart/funnel builder. I’ll keep you posted on how things go, but so far I’m impressed with what they offer now and what they have coming in future updates.
5. Page Builder
Beaver Builder
For years I resisted using any type of page building software. I’m old enough in online years to have had to learn to hand code my HTML, and I resisted change right up until about a year ago. I love Beaver Builder because it gives you the latest page layouts, and is completely editable. In fact, this site is built almost entirely using Beaver Builder.
6. Redirect Tool
Simple Click Tracker
If I had to pick one tool I couldn't be without, Simple Click Tracker would be it. It's so much more than a just a click tracker. It also lets you shorten links, track conversions and know definitively what's working for you. More importantly, you can instantly see what's NOT working for you too.
7. Video Manager
Simple Video Management System
Video is important to the success of your website and your sales funnels these days. I didn’t really start using it much until I started publishing the coloring books, and then people wanted a video walk-through of the images. I love the Simple Video Management System because it makes it very easy to just stick a short-code in my posts where I want the video to go. I don’t have to worry about embed codes and other platform specific ways of making an outside video fit on my pages.
8. Cloud Storage
Dropbox
Dropbox was a lifesaver for me when I needed to share files with clients. Now I use it as a way to keep files and photos organized so that I can share between all the computers, phones and tablets in the house.
9. Graphics Tool
Ecover Authority
As with the page building I mentioned earlier, I also resisted using cover software. I was determined to create every cover and every graphic by hand in photoshop. Since using Ecover Authority I get more professional looking covers, in more current styles, and I only have to design the actual image once.
10. Done For You Content
PLR.me
I love done-for-you content of all kinds, but for personal development content, the best by far is PLR.me. I’ve been a customer there since 2009 and every day I find a use for the articles, affirmations, wallpapers, and guides that come with the monthly membership. Recently they’ve added several automation tools that save time and make using the content easier.
11. Community
MyNAMS Insiders
The one lesson that took me the longest to learn was that you can’t do everything alone. You need a community of supportive, like-minded individuals who will cheer your wins, let you cry on their shoulders, and give you a good kick in the arse when you need to get moving. The Insiders do that for each other, and we get to learn from the best in the business at the same time.
